When it comes to school, I have the most issues with my biology sept and my instructor. Im not a very good test taker, and thats all the professor grades his students on. For my problem-focused coping strategies, I first tried to spill to my professor about my struggles. I explained to him how he only grades on my weakness, which isnt fair. That quickly went downhill as he started accussing me of not studying hard enough, so, after the talk with my professor proved to be unsuccessful, I decided to have a talk with one of my friends, complaining and venting about it for a good half hour (emotion-focused coping). To my surprise, that approach helped a stool. I was able to pee my head a smallish and start my plan of action.
I decided to make up a little time schedule for myself (problem-focused coping), as we did in our procrastination assignment, and that also end up being successful. My stress levels went down a lot with some organization when I made myself little checklists of what I had to do, and gave myself a realistic time frame for each. Actually eyesight what I had accomplished, on a hard copy, as I crossed things out made me see that I was make real progress, and it ended up encouraging me to do more. tho I couldnt constantly be studying, so I took little breaks in between that lasted an hour or so (emotion-focused coping), and got my assessment off things for a while by doing things like see a movie...If you want to get a full essay, social club it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
