In the short story The Lesson, the author Toni Cade Bambara explains the past living of main character Sylvia, who was a little girl that lived in a brusque town along with her family. She mentions how a subside word of children (including Sylvia) goes on a field trip to a romance store called F.O.A Schwarz on Fifth Avenue with their teacher, where they depress a glimpse of a life they didnt go about. pretermit Moore (teacher) was the only one that actually went to college and got a full stop from where they lived; her excogitate was to be in charge of the young childrens education.
