The choice of becoming a teacher is usually because they love children, and to be able to road on chouseledge. well-nigh people choose to be a teacher because when they were in school they had a teacher who invigorate them. I had three teachers in high school that invigorate me.
Teachers are “intellectual leaders who create opportunities for students to demonstrate what they know and what they know how to do.” To be a professional teacher it takes patience, organization, and a caring loving heart. Keeping good communication with parents and charge track of the children’s work. Making sure the students interest so they aren’t bored. Being a good role toughie and having a strong support system. Believe in the child. As a teacher your voice can make a difference.
I defecate been working with children for twenty two years. I worked for a school district for seven years as a specialized paraprofessional. Through that time I worked with quintuplet different special education teachers. As a paraprofessional I saw all the good and very little rugged in what the teachers had to bring to the classroom.
From working with the teachers I know what you have to do to put into teaching and it can be foil at times, but the end results are where they can cope with where their hard work was worth it.
The most difficulty of teaching is the WASL testing. It if the class scores low it makes the teacher fell they didn’t do their job and it puts pressure on them. The one thing they did non take into consideration is that kids have different learning styles. both school should have a different grading system. Some kids are visual learners, some are hands on.
