Impact of Law Changes on Tourism Industry Essay -- Business Policy

This essay will discuss how recent changes in the law may imp execute the tourism industry, as it is extremely vulnerable when it comes to these emendations in regulations and that is why politics contributes to these impacts. Governments introduce different laws and regulations which every individual and business must learn or adapt to, organisations often have to change the way they operate due new policies, and these alterations cost a lot of capital and if they fail to hunt the rules, organisations can face court for example if customers feel that the facilities doesnt meet their needs e.g. wheelchair user in a shop with not lift to gravel the upstairs section. There are plenty of acts that that are opposed such as the equality act 2010, the taxation act 2010, and the environmental protection act 2006 that I will mainly focus on.The purpose of laws in the society is to protect the public and organisations as it allows to distinction in what is right and wrong, it also gives t he sanction to take actions against wrongness. According to Soanes and Stevenson (2006) law is a rule or system recognised by a country or community as adjust the actions of its member and enforced by the imposing of penalties.
