When I was a kid, I used to be in truth naughty at schooltime. My hearers always complained about my unruly behavior, further I had no idea why. Years passed and I myself became the initiateer of fifteen naughty boys, and only whence did I micturate how hard it must have been for my instructors at elementary school to put up with me as a naughty kid. From then on, I became obsessed with the idea of the perfect instructor and I finally met him in college. He had three distinct characteristics which I consider to be the most important factors required for a truly good teacher: he was inspiring, practical, and friendly.

My teacher in college was just like that. He would welcome us whenever we dropped by his office and would encourage us to read books that had caught his attention.
Throughout childhood and adulthood, we take many classes and nobble many things but we are at a discharge as how to put our knowledge into practice. When we are not adapted to make use of our knowledge, we might feel inferior. But I think a good teacher should also teach his students how to be practical. My teacher always helped me in such matters.



Once, for example, I remember he asked some students, including me, to translate some articles from face to Persian.
Almost all popular teachers are friendly with their students but not flippant bout class management; they hold on a balanced relationship with their students. My teacher would crack jokes in class but the moment he stopped laugh we knew that we must stop laughing, too.
Defining a good teacher is a very elusive topic. People have opposite views about what a good teacher should or should not be like. However, in my opinion, a good teacher should be inspiring, practical, and friendly, but not flippant about the class.
