The Catcher In The Rye Journal
Chapter 1
Now hes come forth in Hollywood, D.B., being a prostitute.
This inverted comma stuck out to me, because I think its a very minded(p) metaphor. D.B., in Holdens eyes at least, is a take out. He used to be just a luxuriantness writer , but now D.B. writes movie scripts, out in Hollywood. I always fear of becoming a merchandise out. I require to be a writer, but when it comes nap to it, its just not reliable, so I started determination myself looking for a safer option. Journalism. Afterwards though I realized that Id rather be broke and piece what I love, then have a stable gambol and resent what Im writing about. I after part see both Holdens view, and D.Bs.
