Peter Stolypin
On July 21st 1906, Peter Stolypin replaced Witte, and became Russias Prime Minister. Stolypin was a traditional statesman for tsarism, and his primary motivation driving his reforms was to strenghten the military group and position of the Tsar. Aside from all of this Stolypin, was also a semipolitical realist.
Stolypin believed that as the whirling was so strong, it was necessary to carry through with(predicate) effective measures of reform, and at the same time face the revolution and stop it.
