Circular Ruins

The Circular Ruins by Jorge Luis Borges is a tale based on imagination of the reservoir. Throughout the whole tale, Borges discusses about his imaginative dreams, up to now his dreams do non have any defined macrocosm to them, and they are distinguished by predictable illusions. In this tale, the author is trying to create someone out of his imagination and expressing the conjecture that human beings is ideal.
In the composition, the friend exigencys to create a universe from his dreams. With this in mind, he begins sleeping a lot severally day. Once he is in deep sleep he gets lost in his dreams, escaping from reality. Years pass by, and the creation of piece of music goes into great detail. At first, he dreams of the heart and then the wizard calls to the Fire of God, so he cannister help him stick this man come to life. Instead of mental synthesis up the man, he takes his own life and walk into flames of fire. However, the wizard is untouched by the flames. But, at this point he became conscious of his own reality; skin is left untouched by the fired, not burnt. He was astonished and embarrassed to realize that he too was single the creation of anothers dream.
Furthermore, as seen in the title, we can see that the story is not in linear way rather it is circular, a dream within a dream, where none of the characters are utterly real as exposed by fire.

Through fire, the wizards imagined watchword acquires a resemblance of reality, but the wizard realizes himself that he also is an illusion.
