As a new employee of the Baxter Corporation, I know from experience that a good first impression counts. Not only should the employee consummate at his or her best, but the employer should be welcoming. Accordingly, there ar various ways to enhance the image of this organization, including a truehearted penchant program. In order to make a positivistic impact on new hires, the organization needs to reveal improved methods of handling employee arrivals. This proposal will provide recommendations on how to improve our current guidelines and implementation for orientating new employees. My look into will address the following questions: Why is it necessary to organize the current orientation program structure? How will it utility employees in the short and long term?
How will it take in the organization? Who should be responsible for managing the orientation program? What pregnant items should the program include? With the above questions answered, we will be qualified to begin successful implementation of a new orientation program. In turn, our staff will view the organization more than favorably, resulting in greater employee retention and dedication. Again, thank you for reviewing my recommendations.
